User agreement


General terms of the User Agreement

1.1. In this document and in the relationships arising from or related to it, the following terms and definitions apply:
а) Platform — software and hardware integrated with the Administration's Website;
б) User — a legally capable individual who has joined this Agreement in their own interest or on behalf of and in the interests of the legal entity they represent.
в) Administration's Website/Site — internet websites hosted under the domain ai-miner.org and its subdomains.
г) Service — a set of services and a license provided to the User using the Platform.
д) Agreement — this agreement with all amendments and modifications.

1.2. Your use of the Service in any way and in any form within its declared functional capabilities, including:
  ● viewing the materials posted on the Site;
  ● registration and/or authorization on the Site;
  ● posting or displaying any materials on the Site, including but not limited to: texts, hyperlinks, images, audio and video files, data, and/or other information;

1.3. By using any of the aforementioned options for using the Service, you confirm that:
а) You have reviewed the terms of this Agreement in full before starting to use the Service.
б) You accept all the terms of this Agreement in full without any exceptions or limitations on your part and agree to comply with them or discontinue the use of the Service. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement or do not have the right to enter into an agreement based on them, you should immediately cease any use of the Service.
в) The Agreement (including any of its parts) may be amended by the Administration without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Administration's Website or communicated to the User in another convenient form, unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Agreement.

General Terms of Service Usage

2.1. The use of the Service's functional capabilities is allowed only after the User has completed registration and authorization on the Site in accordance with the procedure established by the Administration.
2.2. You may have multiple accounts in the service, each of which is independent and equal. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED to register an account using a referral link from another of your accounts! Accounts that violate this rule will be immediately blocked upon detection.
2.3. Technical, organizational, and commercial conditions for using the Service, including its functional capabilities, are communicated to Users either through separate postings on the Site or through notifications to Users.

Description of paid services on the Site

The administration of the website ai-miner.org grants you the right to make payments to the site. Payments are voluntary and not mandatory. You can use all the features of the Site without making any payments.
The service does not use subscriptions or hidden charges; all payments are one-time and voluntary.
The service is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of the use or non-use of information about the site, its rules, and the site itself. It also does not bear responsibility for losses or other damages arising from the participant's unqualified actions or errors in calculations.
The user agrees that they use the service of their own free will and at their own risk.
The service does not bear any tax obligations on behalf of the user. The user agrees to independently include any potential income in their tax declaration according to the laws of their country of residence.

Privacy Policy

1. We do not store any user data except for publicly available information from your Telegram account (account number, first name, and last name)..

2. In the payout list, only users' first names and the first two letters of their last names are displayed. The website's code does not contain any identifiers or references to Telegram profiles.

3. Data transmitted automatically: IP address, cookies, browser parameters and settings, user location, actions performed, etc., are anonymized and do not constitute personal data.
